Track Your Order
We know how exciting it is to wait for your order. Here's how to follow it.
1. Find your tracking number
As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Follow your package
Click the tracking link in the email, or copy the tracking number into the carrier's tracking page. Tracking updates can take a little time to appear after shipping, so please check back later if you see no movement at first.
3. Need help?
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or you haven't received a shipping email, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
