Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with luckcentre. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.

Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return
Contact us through the form on our Contact page, within the 14-day period, and include your order number. We will reply with the next steps. Please do not send an item back before we confirm the return.

Return shipping
If your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, return shipping is free and we cover the cost. For any other return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know and refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will work with you to put it right.
