How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, choose your product and options (size, colour, etc.), add it to your cart and follow the checkout steps.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely and are never stored by us.

When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and ship from our US warehouse. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details. When your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has shipped.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is free if your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered; for any other return, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page within that period, with your order number, and we'll explain the next steps. Requests made more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted. What if my item arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?

We're sorry if that happens. Please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll work with you to put it right. Return shipping is free in this case.
